Swither is a game published by Duothink Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data the Swither app and website collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account email — when you sign in, so your unlocks and progress follow you across devices.
• Purchases & entitlements — a record of what you've bought (Party Pass, Swither+, Lifetime). Payments are handled by Google Play, Apple, or Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Gameplay data — puzzle progress and scores, and during Swither Open party games the room code and in-round actions.
• Technical data — app version, device type and diagnostic/crash information, used to keep the app working.

How we use it

• To run the game and give you the content and features you've unlocked.
• To process and restore your purchases across your devices.
• To fix bugs, improve the game, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal data, and Swither contains no advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run Swither: Google and Apple (app distribution and in-app purchases), Stripe (web payments), and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Children

Swither is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Data retention & security

We keep account and purchase data while your account is active and take reasonable measures to protect it. Payment credentials are held only by the payment providers above.

Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — just email us.
