By using Swither you agree to these terms. Swither is provided by Duothink Ltd.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Swither for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
Swither offers one-time purchases (Party Pass — a 48-hour pass; Lifetime) and an auto-renewing subscription (Swither+, billed yearly until cancelled). Purchases are processed and, where applicable, renewed by Google Play, Apple, or Stripe under their terms. Manage or cancel a subscription through the store you bought it from. Refunds follow that store's policy.
Please don't misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or disrupt other players.
Swither is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Duothink Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
